Manufacturing & R&D

Nova Pass operates a 5,000-square-meter manufacturing facility supported by a professional team of more than 100 employees, with approximately 20% dedicated to R&D and engineering.

Our manufacturing capabilities include cumulative production of more than 50 million circuit boards and annual production of approximately 300,000 smart hotel locks.

Our integrated manufacturing process covers product development, PCB technology, electronic components, lock mechanisms, assembly, testing, and quality control.

Our Journey

1996 — Technology Begins
Research and development in intelligent IC card locking technology began, establishing the foundation for our electronic access expertise.

2002 — Smart Hotel Lock Development
Dedicated smart door lock manufacturing was established, with the development and introduction of RFID hotel locking solutions.

2008–2019 — International Expansion
Nova Pass expanded its hospitality business, developed hotel PMS integrations, and introduced Bluetooth wireless access and smart energy-saving technologies.
